General Terms and Conditions

These present General Conditions are intended to regulate the terms and conditions by which the My Baby Box store, with tax identification number NIF/NIPC PT514850620, headquartered at Rua do Rebôlho n4 2565-432, in Torres Vedras (hereinafter "Oh my Baby Box"), will be governed.

The My Baby Box service consists of providing and supplying a set of products and/or services, in order to allow the user, to whom the condition of customer is attributed, to order and purchase online the products presented therein.

By using My Baby Box, you imply full acceptance and agreement to all parameters present in the described Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy in force at the time of accessing My Baby Box.

If you do not accept, partially or entirely, any of the stipulated conditions, you should not make purchases on My Baby Box. By accessing My Baby Box, you are committing and assuming responsibility to respect the conditions determined on this page and in the Privacy Policy.

My Baby Box reserves the right to update and change the Terms and Conditions without prior notice. It is advisable to periodically check the Terms and Conditions to ascertain any changes or updates.

Product Information and Prices

My Baby Box informs customers about the characteristics, descriptions, images or videos of each product on each provided page. My Baby Box undertakes to provide its products clearly and to correct any errors that may occur as soon as possible. My Baby Box undertakes to be as accurate as possible, but product colors may not be exact, as they depend on the monitor used.

My Baby Box concisely presents the prices of each product, including VAT rates, shipping costs applied to each order, and other additional costs that may apply.

Information about products, prices, content, images, videos, promotional campaigns, and services may be updated and changed by My Baby Box at any time.

Intellectual Property

My Baby Box is a registered online store, and the service provided is the responsibility of Animalesko, Lda.

The content, domain, information present and made available on My Baby Box are the property of Animalesko, Lda or have been granted to it, thus being protected by copyright and related rights. Any use, reproduction, copying or disclosure of visual, audiovisual or written contents is subject to prior approval by My Baby Box.

The customer undertakes to fully respect the mentioned conditions and rights, as well as to refrain from acts that may contravene the law and rights such as copyright, related rights, among other applicable laws regarding the use of images, videos, content, etc., without the express approval of My Baby Box. My Baby Box cannot be held responsible for any misuse of such products.

Payment Methods

My Baby Box offers the following payment methods:

- Multibanco

- MB WAY

- Bizum

- Bank transfer

- Credit Card

After payment is completed, My Baby Box will proceed with a standard verification, so that it is possible to process and send the order. The customer will receive an email confirming that the order has been paid, as well as the corresponding invoice. If payment for the order is not made within 48 hours, it will be canceled.

If the chosen payment method is Bank Transfer, My Baby Box requests that proof of payment be sent to the email hello@mybabybox.pt within a maximum period of 48 hours after the order. If it is not possible to send it, please contact us so that we can consider the order completed as soon as possible.

 

Purchase Conditions at Oh my Baby Box

Product Availability

All products available at My Baby Box can be purchased, except in cases of stock breakage or limitation, as well as in products by order, whose availability may vary. Products may become unavailable without prior notice, but in these circumstances, they will be duly identified at My Baby Box.

In case the product becomes unavailable after the purchase has been completed, My Baby Box undertakes to contact the customer, by phone or email, as soon as possible in order to expedite the process with them.

Fees and Taxes

At My Baby Box, the prices presented are in EURO, with the corresponding VAT and taxes applied according to the law in force, which are already included in the displayed price.

Order Cancellation

The customer may cancel an order placed while it is being processed. It is requested that you inform My Baby Box through the following email contact: hello@mybabybox.pt

My Baby Box reserves the right not to process orders or refunds in cases of data inconsistency, fraud, or misconduct by the customer, as well as due to technical issues beyond My Baby Box's control.

Right of Withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

If the customer wishes to withdraw from the contract, they may do so by email to hello@mybabybox.pt or by filling out the contact form available on My Baby Box. By withdrawing from the contract within the legal deadline, in addition to returning the product, the customer must return any gifts accompanying the main product. My Baby Box must refund the amount paid within a maximum period of 14 days after receiving the returned order accompanied by the purchase invoice, proof of payment, and return form.

The refund will be made through the same payment method used by the customer in the initial payment, except in cases of express agreement and where the customer does not incur any costs as a result of the refund.

Any refund procedure will be processed as provided for in the legislation in force in Decree-Law No. 24/2014.

Complaints

The customer may submit a complaint regarding any issue, act, information, or service provided regarding My Baby Box through the email contact hello@mybabybox.pt or through the electronic Complaints Book available at the link: https://www.livroreclamacoes.pt.

Liability Notice

By creating and using an account on My Baby Box, the customer is responsible for maintaining the account, confidentiality, and all activity arising from their account.

By creating the user account and placing orders, the customer expressly and unequivocally accepts the Terms and Conditions in their most updated version.

My Baby Box is not responsible for any information disclosed by third parties, technical failures, or any other issues that prevent access and proper operation of the online store.

My Baby Box is not responsible for any damages, directly or indirectly related to the use, or inability to use, the products and/or services provided, as well as for any delays or unforeseen events in the delivery of orders.

All accessories must be used under adult supervision. My Baby Box is not responsible for any damages caused by misuse, negligence, or lack of supervision. If an accessory shows signs of damage or wear, it must be immediately discarded to ensure the baby's safety.

This contract is subject to Portuguese law and current legislation.
