Tracking Instructions

Portugal and Islands
You will receive an email confirming the dispatch of your order with an associated tracking number and/or link so you can track your order in real time. On the day of delivery, you will receive an email and/or message with the delivery time window.

The delivery is made by a CTT courier, who will attempt delivery twice. After the second attempt, the order will be sent to the nearest CTT post office, where it will be available for pickup for 5 business days. You will receive an email from CTT with information that delivery was unsuccessful and where your order is located. If the order is not picked up within 5 business days, it will be returned to the origin point.

Mainland Spain and Islands
You will receive an email confirming the dispatch of your order with an associated tracking number and/or link so you can track your order in real time.

Please Note: The expected delivery time may be subject to changes during High Order Seasons.

We appreciate your understanding during these busy periods and recommend placing your orders in advance to ensure timely delivery.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout, based on the following characteristics:

  • Destination region
  • Order value

Undelivered and Returned Orders
The order will be sent to the recipient and address provided by the customer, and it is their full responsibility. My Baby Box is not responsible for any address errors.

If delivery cannot be made due to an address error, the cost of reshipping will be charged to the customer regardless of the initial purchase value.
